Terahertz imaging technology is one of the candidate technologies for medical imaging. In particular, continuous terahertz reflection and attenuated total are expected to achieve rapid intraoperative imaging, which hot research topic at present. order realize multi-dimensional high-quality detection sample, it necessary study common optical path reflection/attenuated dual-mode system based on point scanning. By using Fresnel formula penetration depth evanescent wave, influence angle reflected signal studied theoretically in this paper. The wave suitable both attenuation obtained. Based this, an isoscele prism with a base 49° designed. realized by quickly switching between window prism. modes have resolutions 400 ?m 500 ?m, respectively. Continuous experimentally distilled water pork as samples. results show that relative reflectance sample obtained mode fluctuates within range 1%, image contrast 9 times mode. Moreover, can effectively identify length less than 1 mm.
